Dian Fini is the Founder and Principal of Maridian Properties, which she co-founded with her husband in 1986. For nearly four decades she has directed day-to-day operations for one of Hoboken’s premier boutique real estate development and management firms, with responsibilities spanning finance, accounting, legal, construction, design, and operations. Recognized for her business acumen, she excels in lender relationships and complex contract negotiations.

Beginning her investment career in 1987, Dian brings an operations-first approach to value creation. As Hospitality Director, she oversees Maridian’s venues, including Fat Taco & Tequila Bar, Mike’s Wild Moose Saloon, and Birch—establishments that remain standouts in Hoboken and neighboring New Jersey markets. Dian is an owner with a key leadership role across a multi-unit Playa Bowls portfolio in Florida, providing high-level direction and portfolio oversight.
