Patrick Cappiello is a Principal of Maridian Properties and its subsidiaries in the hospitality industry, where he directs all new construction and renovation projects. Patty is a lifelong Hoboken native; his uncle is a former mayor of the city. His professional career in real estate construction, spanning 40 years, has included the renovations of many iconic Hoboken sites and institutions. Pat has served on the Hoboken Fire Department for over 26 years, and as a Captain for over 20 years.
