Mario Fini is a Founder and Managing Director of Maridian Properties and its subsidiaries in the hospitality industry, where he directs all new acquisitions and development into new sectors. A Hoboken resident for over 30 years, Mario has been instrumental in many initiatives to grow and develop the best of this city, including his involvement in the planning of one of Hoboken’s newest neighborhoods…the Railhead District. His commitment to the community has seen him rise to his current position as Battalion Chief of the Hoboken Fire Department in his over 23 years of service.  He is a graduate of Fordham University, with a BS in Economics.
